ZB-300 Automatic Continuous Sealing & Cutting Machine is a heat sealing packaging equipment customized for hook boxes and hang card products. Conventional packaging equipment on the market is prone to catching hooks when packing hook boxes, sealing hanging holes with film and failing to meet the requirements for hanging sales on shelves. The ZB-300 continuous sealing and cutting machine has optimized structure. After manually sleeving film and placing products, hooks can be fully exposed without covering hanging holes.

The machine adopts constant-temperature thermal knife sealing and cutting structure with firm and beautiful seals and smooth cuts. It is equipped with stepper motor speed regulation system for stable conveying and adjustable speed as required. The sealing height is adjustable to easily switch between hook boxes of various specifications. Scraps generated during sealing and cutting can be automatically clamped and recycled to reduce downtime for cleaning and improve production efficiency. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen control. Photoelectric sensor automatically identifies products and completes sealing and cutting actions automatically.

Compatible with various heat shrink films including POF, PVC and PP. It is often used together with heat shrink tunnel to complete plastic packaging for earphone hook boxes, general merchandise, hardware hangings and other products.
