ZD-300 Automatic Continuous Sealing & Cutting Machine is a heat shrink packaging equipment customized specially for hook boxes and hang card products. It effectively solves the industry problems of material jamming and hooks covered by film when using traditional sealing and cutting machines to pack hook boxes. It is widely used in plastic sealing packaging of supermarket hanging products such as earphone hook boxes, hardware hangings and daily chemical hang card boxes.

The machine is equipped with constant-temperature thermal knife sealing and cutting system. The temperature of thermal knife is stable and controllable, with firm and flat seals, clean cuts without burrs and low film sticking tendency. It adopts stepper motor speed regulation for stable conveying and speed adjustable as required. The sealing height can be quickly adjusted by hand wheel to adapt to hook boxes of various specifications easily, and product changeover and commissioning are simple. The machine is fitted with an automatic scrap clamping mechanism, which automatically recycles edge scraps generated during sealing and cutting, reducing manual cleaning frequency and improving production continuity. The whole machine adopts PLC plus touch screen control. The photoelectric sensor automatically identifies products and triggers sealing and cutting action once products are in place. It has low operation threshold, and new operators can start mass production after simple training.

This machine is compatible with various shrink films including POF, PVC and PP. It can work standalone or be matched with heat shrink tunnel to form a complete film wrapping production line. The machine frame is made of thickened sheet metal with moving casters at the bottom for convenient relocation and layout in workshops. It adopts conventional 220V power supply, convenient for on-site installation without workshop power supply modification.
